Open the Fetid Pools Glowing Fragment Cache
The Fetid Pools event contains a locked cache route for Glowing Fragments and other rewards.
WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Open the Fetid Pools Glowing Fragment Cache
Adventure Mode → Corsus → Fetid Pools event dungeon; this route requires Swamps of Corsus.
Before you go
- Swamps of Corsus DLC access.
- Ability to reroll Corsus Adventure until Fetid Pools appears.
- A Rusted Amulet and a second key source, such as a co-op partner with another Rusted Amulet, for the upper Glowing Fragment room.
Farming steps
- Reroll Corsus Adventure and inspect its event dungeon until Fetid Pools appears; this event is not guaranteed on each roll.
- Explore the dungeon and collect the Rusted Amulet. Find an acid pool, equip the amulet, and crouch in the pool until it becomes an Acid Cleaned Key.
- Reach the checkpoint room at the end of the dungeon and use the first key on a lower locked door to open the stair route.
- Obtain a second Rusted Amulet and convert it into another Acid Cleaned Key; in co-op, each player can bring an amulet through the event.
- Use the second key on the upper room’s locked door to collect the Glowing Fragments. Open other reward doors only if their loot is part of your goal.
- Return to Ward 13 and spend Glowing Fragments with the vendor whose cosmetics you are pursuing.
- The upper Glowing Fragment cache is not a one-key reward; plan for a second key before starting.
- Acid Cleaned Keys are consumed by doors, so choose reward rooms based on your target.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat Corsus Adventure rolls when you want another Fetid Pools event. The route depends on a randomized dungeon roll and the cache requires the appropriate keys.
Common mistakes
- Expecting the Fetid Pools event on every Corsus roll wastes search time.
- Spending the only key on a lower room leaves no key for the upper Glowing Fragment room.
- Leaving the Rusted Amulet unequipped in the acid pool will not convert it.
When to stop or switch
Stop after opening the intended reward room or move to another Corsus roll if Fetid Pools is absent.
