WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm Ward 13 World Stone > Boss Rush > Trial by Fire
Trial by Fire combines boss fights with intervening horde stages. Completing the full seven-stage sequence can award a Simulacrum, but the reward is a chance rather than a promise. Clear the stages, collect arena chest contents, and inspect the final payout before deciding whether to run it again.
Before you go Unlock Boss Rush in The Dark Horizon update. Prepare for both boss encounters and groups of enemies. Make sure a Simulacrum is still useful for your Relic progression. Open Boss Rush from the Ward 13 World Stone. Select Trial by Fire and review its current reward information. Defeat each boss and open the arena chest before advancing. Clear the intervening horde stages without skipping any available pickups. Continue until all seven stages are complete. Claim the post-run rewards and check inventory for Simulacrum and other materials. Use a Simulacrum at Ward 13 with Wallace for a Relic upgrade. Farming tips A full clear is the goal when pursuing completion rewards; an abandoned run is not equivalent. Boss Rush reward tables can vary by mode and difficulty, so check the current in-game display. Repeat, collect and use Repeat the full run for another chance; Simulacrum is not guaranteed on Trial by Fire.
Common mistakes Treating the chance as a guaranteed payout: count only the item actually received. Leaving boss chests unopened: collect them during each arena stage. Using the material without checking Relic needs: decide which Relic upgrade you want at Wallace first. When to stop or switch Stop when the needed Relic upgrade is complete or switch to another Simulacrum source if repeated runs are not advancing your goal.
