Before you go
- Reach worlds where Aberrations can appear.
- Bring a build able to handle a tougher enemy encounter.
- Know whether your goal is a Mutator upgrade or a corrupted weapon craft.
Farming steps
- Travel through an active world and watch for the signs of an Aberration event.
- When one appears, clear nearby threats so the encounter is easier to manage.
- Engage the Aberration and learn its attack pattern before committing resources.
- Defeat it and collect the materials it drops.
- Check inventory for Corrupted Lumenite specifically, rather than regular Lumenite.
- Return to Ward 13 and use the material for the relevant Mutator upgrade or corrupted weapon recipe.
- Event appearances are chance-based in general exploration; a specific storyline can provide a more directed encounter.
- Boss Rush arena chests also have a chance to provide Corrupted Lumenite.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable through further Aberration encounters or eligible Boss Rush chests; individual random encounters are not guaranteed to appear on demand.
