Where to farm
Resource > Mintage Aesthetics, the Sharpodonty stage.
Sharpodonty pays for several major growth tracks, including leveling characters and upgrading Psychubes. Because those uses compete for the same currency, decide what you are saving for before farming. A stage run should fill a specific shortfall, such as the cost of a planned level range or an Insight promotion, rather than become an open-ended reserve. Check the exact requirement in the upgrade interface because costs vary by target and progression point.
Advance the story until Mintage Aesthetics is available.
Pick a character or Psychube upgrade to fund.
Have Activity available for stage runs.
Open the selected upgrade screen and record its Sharpodonty requirement.
If funding character levels, include the planned levels and the next Insight promotion in the estimate.
If funding a Psychube, inspect its displayed level-up or cap-raise cost.
Open Resource > Mintage Aesthetics and review the stage rewards.
Select the highest difficulty you can clear consistently.
Run the stage, then check the remaining cost in the upgrade screen.
Spend the currency on the selected target and reassess your next shortage.

Farming without calculating the cost: read the upgrade screen first and stop near the target amount.
Spending the reserve on unrelated upgrades: keep the intended target in mind until it is funded.
Assuming coins alone enable leveling: also check Dust and any required Insight materials.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the planned upgrade cost is covered; switch to Dust, Insight materials or Psychube EXP if another resource is now the limiting cost.
