Where to farm

Hallowed Concepts DLC progression, culminating at Soulbound Threshold.

Acolyte is unlocked through a multi-step ritual in the Hallowed Concepts DLC. The chain moves through a Curio, a shrine, a boss encounter, and a fourth-wave fight; after those encounters, you must hand over a healing item and revive Acolyte at Soulbound Threshold. Defeating the Anima Harvester is only one part of the route. This is permanent, one-time roster progression, not a repeatable reward farm. Keep track of the ritual’s current step as you advance, and save a healing item for the final handover. Once Acolyte is available, her separate skill challenges can be pursued, but they are not part of the survivor unlock.

How to farm

Before you go

  • Own and enable the Hallowed Concepts expansion.
  • Choose a survivor you can use through several required encounters.
  • Be prepared to complete the Curio, shrine, boss, and fourth-wave steps.
  • Keep a healing item available for the required handover.
  1. Enable Hallowed Concepts and begin the ritual route through its Curio step.
  2. Complete the required Curio interaction, then advance to the shrine step.
  3. Fulfill the shrine requirement and proceed through the ritual’s boss encounter.
  4. Defeat the Anima Harvester when it appears in the chain.
  5. Continue into and complete the required fourth-wave fight; the boss victory alone does not finish this stage.
  6. At Soulbound Threshold, hand over a healing item when prompted and complete the final interaction to revive Acolyte.
  7. Check survivor selection to confirm Acolyte has joined the roster.

Farming tips

  • Keep a healing item available for the end of the chain instead of treating the Anima Harvester as the final objective.
  • Track the ritual sequence across its encounters; completing a later fight does not replace a missed required step.

Repeat, collect and use

One-time unlock. Reviving Acolyte adds her to the roster permanently; repeating the chain does not provide another survivor reward.

Common mistakes

  • Stopping after defeating the Anima Harvester; continue through the fourth-wave fight and the final healing-item handover.
  • Using or losing the healing item before the final prompt; preserve one for the required handover.
  • Confusing Acolyte’s later skill challenges with her roster unlock; those challenges are optional follow-up progression.

When to stop or switch

Stop when Acolyte appears in survivor selection. If she is absent, resume the ritual at the first required step you have not completed.
