Scar challenges

Find Red Memory beside Geras in Mending Erebus

Collect the Red Memory in the early Scar instance to complete its memory discovery.

PC / Global full release build.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

The second room of the Mending Erebus Scar, next to Geras.

The Mending Erebus Scar contains a Red Memory in its second room beside Geras. This is a fixed collectible within the Scar instance, not a random chest reward in Citadel Agartha. Enter the challenge area, navigate to the next room, and interact with the memory. Once collected, you can continue with the Scar objective or return to the estate depending on your remaining goal.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

Unlock and enter Mending Erebus.
Reach the second room in the Scar instance.
Be able to interact with the Red Memory.

Enter Mending Erebus through its Scar portal near the estate.
Move through the opening section toward the room containing Geras.
Enter the second room and locate Geras.
Inspect the space immediately beside him for the Red Memory.
Interact with the memory to record it.
Check that the memory has registered, then decide whether to continue the challenge.
Return to the estate after completing the Scar or when you have finished the collection objective.

Farming tips

The collectible is beside Geras in the Scar’s second room; search the instance rather than the randomized main castle.
Keep the Scar’s challenge objective separate from the memory pickup, since collecting one does not necessarily finish the other.

Repeat, collect and use

The Red Memory is a one-time collection for the save. The Scar itself can be revisited for its challenge progression, but the memory is not a repeatable farm.

Common mistakes

Searching the ordinary Citadel for this memory; enter the Mending Erebus instance.
Stopping in the first room; continue to the second room beside Geras.
Leaving without interacting; approach the Red Memory and confirm the pickup.
