Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Unlock the Hoverpack recipe and open the Equipment Workshop.
  2. Gather 8 Motors and 4 Heavy Modular Frames.
  3. Gather 8 Computers and 40 Alclad Aluminum Sheets.
  4. Select the recipe and complete the hand craft.
  5. Equip the Hoverpack and use it near powered poles or buildings.
  6. Account for its 100 MW power consumption while hovering.
  7. If the connection drops midair, hold jump to slow your fall; double-tap crouch to disable it while hovering.

Repeat, collect and use

Craft another Hoverpack only if you need another copy; each one requires the complete ingredient batch.

Common mistakes

  • Trying to make the Hoverpack in a Manufacturer instead of the Equipment Workshop.
  • Ignoring its 100 MW consumption or assuming it remains connected outside range of power connections.

When to stop or switch

Stop crafting when you have the equipment you need; if power connection is lost, land or reconnect before continuing.
