Uranium acquisition
Open the on-page resource map, filter for Uranium, inspect node purity, and choose an accessible node. Use a Miner on the node, with the Miner type appropriate to the node and your unlocked equipment. The map shows the standard layout and standard purity; version 1.2 can randomize resources and purity, so match your world settings for node-based gathering.

Before you go
- Uranium node and an appropriate Miner.
- Recipe and processing buildings unlocked for the intended downstream product.
- A safe plan for radioactive extraction, transport, and processing.
Farming steps
- Find Uranium on the resource map and inspect purity and accessibility.
- If your world uses resource or purity randomization, match those settings before relying on the standard map.
- Place the appropriate Miner on the selected node and connect power.
- Move mined Uranium through a planned route that limits unnecessary handling near workers.
- Supply the unlocked Blender and the additional inputs needed for Encased Uranium Cell production.
- Treat Infused Uranium Cell and Fertile Uranium as optional alternate recipe unlocks.
- The standard Encased Uranium Cell process also produces Sulfuric Acid; plan for this output.
- Keep the route and storage deliberate because the raw resource is radioactive.
Repeat, collect and use
Mine and transport only at the rate your processing and safe handling capacity can support.
Common mistakes
- Searching for uranium as though it were a crafted part; it is a node resource.
- Treating optional alternate recipes as available by default or overlooking radiation.
When to stop or switch
Stop extraction if the processing line, transport, or safe handling capacity cannot keep up.
