Rifle Ammo is manufactured in an Assembler after its recipe and building are unlocked. It is not found as an ore deposit. Bring Copper Sheets and Smokeless Powder from their production lines.

Before you go
- Unlock the Rifle Ammo recipe and Assembler.
- Copper Sheets and Smokeless Powder.
Farming steps
- Establish supply lines for Copper Sheets and Smokeless Powder.
- Place an Assembler and select Rifle Ammo.
- Connect both ingredients and verify that neither input is blocked or empty.
- Run the machine and collect 15 rounds per batch.
- Load the ammunition into a Rifle or route it to a compatible ammunition recipe.
- Keep a buffer for reloads and planned use.
- At 100% clock, an Assembler makes 75 rounds per minute from 15 Copper Sheets and 10 Smokeless Powder per minute.
- The ammunition is separate from the Rifle recipe; make both items as needed.
Repeat, collect and use
Check ammunition stock and input throughput regularly, then expand production if usage outpaces replenishment.
Common mistakes
- Searching for Rifle Ammo in the world as a node resource.
- Expecting the Rifle craft to include ammunition or failing to supply Smokeless Powder.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your ammunition reserve covers expected use and any downstream recipe demand.
