Unlock the Constructor and capsule recipe, then feed Alien Protein into it. Alien Protein comes from processing Hatcher Remains in a Constructor; those remains must be collected from alien creatures. Consult the Alien Remains reference for pickup guidance without assuming a fixed route.

Farming steps
- Collect Hatcher Remains from a Hatcher encounter and carry them to a Constructor.
- Unlock and run the Hatcher Protein recipe to turn remains into Alien Protein.
- Deliver Alien Protein to a Constructor set to Alien DNA Capsule.
- Connect the capsule output to research storage or an AWESOME Sink line.
- Check protein availability before relying on continuous capsule production.
- Use capsules for research first if that is the current objective.
- At 100% clock, the recipe consumes 10 Alien Protein/min and produces 10 capsules/min.
- Alien Protein can also be used for inhalers, biomass, and other research, so choose a priority.
- Sink capsules only when the Coupons are more useful than the research supply.
Repeat, collect and use
Feed available Alien Protein into the Constructor and route each capsule to research or the Sink according to your current need.
Common mistakes
- Searching for capsules as a collectible rather than manufacturing them from Alien Protein.
- Sinking every capsule before reserving the amount needed for alien-organism research.
When to stop or switch
Stop capsule production when research needs are covered and the desired Sink contribution or storage target is reached.
