Craft the Protein Inhaler recipe manually at the Equipment Workshop. Gather Beryl Nuts from plants and use a Constructor to process Hatcher Remains into Alien Protein.
Before you go
- Unlock the Protein Inhaler recipe and access the Equipment Workshop.
- 1 Alien Protein and 10 Beryl Nuts per inhaler.
- Matching alien remains and their corresponding unlocked Alien Protein recipe.
Farming steps
- Gather 10 Beryl Nuts from Beryl Nut plants for each inhaler you want to craft.
- Defeat a Flying Crab Hatcher and collect its Hatcher Remains.
- Process the remains with the unlocked Hatcher Protein recipe in a Constructor to make Alien Protein.
- Reserve 1 Alien Protein and 10 Beryl Nuts per inhaler; keep them available for manual crafting.
- Open the Equipment Workshop and choose the Protein Inhaler recipe.
- Craft and collect the Medicinal Inhaler, then carry it for your next exploration trip.
- Use the inhaler when you need health recovery, and replenish your supply before another demanding outing.
- The Protein Inhaler recipe makes 1 Medicinal Inhaler per batch.
- Match the protein recipe to the creature remains you collected.
- Check other inhaler recipes before gathering materials; their ingredient lists differ.
Repeat, collect and use
Gather more matching remains and Beryl Nuts, process the remains into Alien Protein, and craft another inhaler when your supply runs low.
Common mistakes
- Searching for Medicinal Inhalers as resource nodes instead of crafting them.
- Treating Alien Remains as processed Alien Protein without using the matching recipe.
- Arriving with Alien Protein but fewer than 10 Beryl Nuts for the Protein Inhaler.
- Using a protein recipe that does not match the creature remains.
When to stop or switch
