While an event Material Collection is open, it can make a useful Presence sink because the earned currency is spent in that event’s exchange. The exact stage rewards and shop stock rotate, so check the live reward preview and exchange before committing. Treat this as a temporary farm: when the event is gone, its stage and currency route may be gone too.
Before you go The event and its Material Collection are currently available. You have Presence and can clear a stage whose reward preview lists the event currency. The event shop lists an item that helps a current upgrade goal. Open the active event and enter Material Collection. Inspect the reward preview for each unlocked tier; identify one that awards the event currency. Pick the highest tier you can clear consistently, accounting for completion reliability rather than displayed difficulty alone. Spend Presence and finish the stage. Check the result screen to confirm the currency was awarded. Repeat while the stage remains available and you still need event currency. Open the event shop and compare its current stock with your upgrade plan. Exchange currency for a named item shown in the live shop, then apply it to the relevant operative or equipment. Farming tips Plan the purchase first so you do not farm currency without a useful listed item in mind. If a higher tier causes failed or slow clears, use a lower tier with a confirmed currency reward. Repeat, collect and use Repeatable only while the event Material Collection remains open and you have Presence; event availability and shop inventory are limited and rotate.
Common mistakes Assuming every event stage gives the same currency: verify the reward preview before spending Presence. Buying items just because they are available: compare stock with a concrete upgrade shortage. Continuing after the event shop’s useful stock is exhausted: switch to a permanent operation or another active goal. When to stop or switch Stop when the event closes, your target purchase is covered, or another available shop item no longer advances a priority upgrade.
