Void Fields, Frozen Wastelands; collect map deposits while advancing through the encounter.
Before you go
- Unlock Frozen Wastelands in Void Fields.
- Review its current mineral pool and your Blacksmith recipe.
- Use a build that can clear the selected map configuration.
Farming steps
- Select the weapon craft or upgrade you want to fund at the Blacksmith.
- Note the missing minerals and confirm Frozen Wastelands lists one of them.
- Enter Void Fields and choose Frozen Wastelands.
- Set difficulty and Curses to a level you can reliably complete.
- Clear enemies as you move through the stage toward its objective.
- Break exposed mineral deposits that are safe to reach and collect their contents.
- Complete the run and check your inventory for usable materials.
- Return to the Blacksmith and apply the gathered resources to the selected weapon goal.
- Compare this map’s pool with the other Void Fields options if a specific mineral is missing; map pools are fixed but differ.
- Higher difficulty and Curses can improve mineral rarity, but do not treat that as a guaranteed higher tier.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat as needed while Frozen Wastelands continues to supply a material required by your next craft. Gathered minerals persist after the run and are spent at the Blacksmith.
Common mistakes
- Assuming the map’s minerals from its name: check its listed pool and match it to the recipe.
- Pursuing distant nodes at the cost of survival: mine along a safe route and keep progressing.
- Continuing after the target is affordable: craft the weapon and shift to the next shortage.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the recipe’s Frozen Wastelands materials are sufficient, or choose another map if a different mineral remains the bottleneck.
