WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Mysterious Alchemy Machine in Haven; use the recipe currently displayed for the chosen item.
The Mysterious Alchemy Machine turns collected ingredients into equipment and other listed crafts. It is the processing step at the end of a farm: inspect a specific recipe, identify its exact materials and any alchemy orbs, then run a Clockworks or event activity that can supply those inputs. Current event materials may also be processed here when the recipe is available. Recipes and requirements are item-specific, so use the machine’s current display to confirm the full cost before spending scarce resources. This guide is about a repeatable gather-and-craft loop, not a promise that every material comes from one route.
Have access to the machine and the recipe for the intended craft.
Know the exact material and orb requirements shown in the recipe.
Have access to the Clockworks route or event activity that provides the named inputs.
Open the Mysterious Alchemy Machine and choose the item you want to make.
Read every listed ingredient, orb, and any precursor requirement.
Record which required items you already own and which remain missing.
For missing Clockworks materials, select a gate whose tier or route matches the named input.
For seasonal materials, use the corresponding live event activity while it is available.
Return to the machine after collecting the requirements and recheck the recipe cost.
Craft the item and verify it appears in your inventory.
Farming tips
Choose a recipe before farming so each run has a defined material target.
Check the current recipe display again before spending; requirements are specific to the item and may be updated.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the gather-and-process loop for additional crafts as long as the recipe remains available and you can obtain its inputs. Seasonal materials may have limited availability.
Common mistakes
Farming generic materials without checking the chosen recipe can produce the wrong stockpile; match ingredients first.
Overlooking a required orb or precursor prevents crafting after a long run; read the full recipe before entering a gate.
Assuming an event material can be crafted after the event ends may fail if its source closes; verify availability in the live interface.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the desired item is crafted or you have enough inputs for the planned quantity. Switch to the next missing ingredient’s actual source rather than repeating an already-complete farm.
