Where to farm
The Punkin King encounter in The Dark Harvest mission; possible other Clockworks appearances during the event. Maskwell is in Haven Town Square.
Candy is the seasonal currency tied to the Punkin King during Dark Harvest. The most direct planned attempt is The Dark Harvest daily prestige mission, where the encounter is part of the mission route. The king can also appear elsewhere in the Clockworks during the event, but those appearances are not a fixed route or guaranteed schedule. Once collected, candy is spent with Maskwell in Haven Town Square for the available masks or Harvest Prize Boxes. Choose a target first so repeated encounters contribute to a specific collection goal.
Play while Dark Harvest is active and the seasonal encounters are available.
Have access to The Dark Harvest mission or a Clockworks route where the Punkin King appears.
Check Maskwell’s current token prices and select a target reward.
Visit the mission interface and check whether The Dark Harvest is in the prestige rotation.
Enter that mission and follow its actual floors and objectives until reaching the Punkin King.
Defeat the king and collect the resulting candy and any displayed mission rewards.
If running another Clockworks route, treat a king appearance as an opportunity rather than a promised encounter.
Return to Haven Town Square and speak with Maskwell.
Review the current masks and prize boxes, then exchange only the candy allocated to your chosen target.
Keep a note of the remaining balance if you intend to continue farming on another run.
Farming tips
Use the daily mission when available to make the encounter part of an explicit objective.
Maskwell remains through November 8 in the stated 2026 event window, after the event itself ends November 1.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat encounters while Dark Harvest is active and the mission or other event appearances remain available. Candy farming is seasonal; the vendor’s exchange window is limited as well.
Common mistakes
Treating every Clockworks run as a guaranteed Punkin King encounter is unreliable; select The Dark Harvest when it appears in the mission rotation.
Buying the first available box without checking mask costs can delay a specific cosmetic goal; compare prices before exchanging.
Waiting until the event end to collect candy may leave too little time for runs; use the separate event and vendor deadlines to plan.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your candy balance covers the desired mask or number of boxes, or when event encounters are no longer available. Spend remaining candy before the vendor’s stated closing date.
