Fall of the Old Ones awards Daily Progress for one eligible activity every 20 hours. The eligible choices are Cat’s Tale and either of the two Castle Pyris patrols. The event runs October 22 through November 12, 2026 on PC and consoles according to the notice; platform calendars can differ, so verify the active listing in game. Fourteen credited days complete the grand-prize requirement.

How to farm

Before you go

The event is listed as active on your platform.
Access to at least one eligible activity.
A free progress interval; check the tracker before starting.

Open Events and inspect Fall of the Old Ones for its current status and progress count.
Choose one eligible activity: Cat’s Tale for a group run, or either Castle Pyris patrol for solo play.
Complete all activity objectives and reach its result screen.
Return to the event panel and claim the progress if prompted.
Record the credited day and check whether the next 20-hour interval is available before planning another run.
Repeat across 14 credited days, then claim the listed grand prize.

Farming tips

The 20-hour interval is not necessarily a midnight reset; use the interface rather than assuming a calendar-day refresh.
Pick the activity you can finish reliably. The two patrols and TFO are interchangeable for progress, not additional credits.

Common mistakes

Counting real-world dates instead of the event’s 20-hour interval can cause missed credit; trust the Events panel.
Playing a second eligible activity immediately does not bypass the interval; wait until progress is ready.
Assuming the event is active on every platform at the same time can waste a queue attempt; confirm the platform’s event panel.

When to stop or switch

Stop once the panel records 14 days and the grand prize is claimed; use remaining event time for other activities or bonus play only if desired.
