Fall of the Old Ones activity panel or Task Force Operations list, Cat’s Tale ground TFO.
Before you go
- The event appears active in Events on your platform.
- Cat’s Tale is available and the character can join the TFO.
- The event progress interval is ready.
Farming steps
- Open the event panel and check the current progress status and interval.
- Select Cat’s Tale if you want a group run; choose a Castle Pyris patrol instead if solo play is preferable.
- Queue and complete the TFO’s group objectives.
- Remain through the activity result so completion registers.
- Return to Events and collect Daily Progress if the panel offers it.
- Check the updated count before planning the next run.
- The 20-hour rule applies across the eligible event activities, so swapping to a patrol does not reset the limit.
- If your group queue is slow, a solo Delving the Castle patrol is another supported way to earn the same credit.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat at most once per 20-hour interval for progress, until 14 credited days complete the event track. Cat’s Tale may be replayed for ordinary play outside that limit.
Common mistakes
- Counting the TFO as a separate credit from the event’s daily progress confuses activity completion with track credit; check the shared tracker.
- Starting before the interval is ready can yield no additional event progress; inspect the panel first.
- Leaving before the result registers can disrupt completion; remain through the TFO’s completion flow.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the event tracker has credited the current interval; after 14 days, claim the prize and switch to another goal.
