- Open the vendor listing on the Nar Shaddaa Promenade.
- Find the Waiter Droid customization and confirm its current cost and purchase restrictions.
- Check which companion the item applies to and whether the vendor allows the intended purchase.
- Buy the customization when your token balance covers the displayed price.
- Use the item or collection unlock as instructed in-game and verify the companion appearance changed.

- Keep earning tokens through the event missions if your balance is short.
