- Unlock the postgame or DLC mission set containing the release.
- Choose a job whose level cap you intend to raise.
- Have access to a mission whose displayed rewards name that job’s limit release.
- Bring a loadout appropriate for the mission’s shown level.
Farming steps
- Open mission selection and identify the job you want to progress beyond its current cap.
- Review available mission reward details and look for a limit release associated with that job.
- Select the matching mission and check its access requirements and displayed level before entering.
- Prepare your active jobs and equipment for a reliable clear of that mission.
- Complete the mission objectives and finish the stage.
- Claim the listed reward, then open the Job menu and check the target job’s cap.
- If the cap increased, continue leveling the job; if not, recheck the claimed reward and mission listing before considering another run.
- A release is job-specific: match the job named in the reward to the job whose cap you plan to raise.
- A mission absent from the list may be gated by postgame or DLC progression; pursue accessible content until that path opens.
Repeat, collect and use
The limit release is a one-time reward for the target job. Replaying after claiming it does not provide another copy, though ordinary mission rewards may recur.
Common mistakes
- Farming a mission without checking its reward details: verify the target job’s release is listed before committing to the clear.
- Assuming one release raises every job’s cap: check the job-specific reward and confirm the change in the Job menu.
- Repeating immediately after the clear: first verify the cap increased, since the release itself is limited.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the release is claimed and the target job’s cap has increased. Switch to leveling that job or identify another job’s separately listed release if needed.
