Cairos Dungeon > Giants Keep, Dragon’s Lair, or Necropolis > Abyss Hard.
Before you go
- Unlock the selected Cairos boss and its Abyss Hard difficulty.
- Prepare a team for that boss that can clear the chosen stage repeatedly.
- Identify a monster build with rune-set needs that match the boss’s displayed rewards.
Farming steps
- Choose a monster you plan to build and identify its missing rune sets or equipment slots.
- Check the in-game reward panels for Giants Keep, Dragon’s Lair, and Necropolis; select the boss whose rewards fit that need.
- Enter the selected boss’s Abyss Hard stage with your prepared team.
- Run a short consistency check: confirm the team can complete the stage reliably before committing your farming time.
- If clears are unreliable, move to a tier you can sustain while you improve the team.
- Collect each run’s rewards and compare the runes with the build you chose.
- Keep useful pieces, sell runes without a planned role, and equip upgrades that improve the build.
- Use example teams as starting points; your own monsters and runes determine whether the stage is sustainable.
- A stable lower tier lets you keep collecting gear while you prepare a stronger Abyss Hard team.
Repeat, collect and use
This is an ongoing farm, not a one-time reward. Repeat while the stage clears reliably and its rune rewards support an active build; collect and sort drops, then reassess when your gear needs change.
Common mistakes
- Choosing a boss without a gear goal: match its displayed rune rewards to the monster you are building.
- Continuing through frequent failures: step down to a reliably clearable tier and improve the team before retrying.
- Keeping every high-tier rune: assess each piece against a planned build and sell pieces with no useful role.
When to stop or switch
Switch bosses when another dungeon’s displayed rune rewards better support your next build. If Abyss Hard clears are unreliable, farm a stable lower tier until your team is ready.
