WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Sun Haven farm; seasonal seeds are sold at the Farming Store beside the General Store.
Spring crops can supply harvests for income, cooking, requests, and collection goals. Choose seeds by checking their permitted season and growth time before planting. The Farming Store carries seasonal seeds; year-round options such as Wheat are sold at the General Store. Cinnaberry is a longer-window choice, so check its crop details before committing a Spring plot.
Spring has begun and you can reach the Sun Haven shops.
Hoe, watering can, and enough seeds for the beds you intend to plant.
Inventory space for keeping specimens and storing the harvest.
Check the current Spring seed stock at the Farming Store, then inspect each crop’s season and growth time.
Choose a quantity that fits the days left in the season; buy Cinnaberry only if its growth window fits your plan.
Hoe the field and plant seeds in the prepared tiles.
Water planted crops and continue tending them while they grow.
Harvest when ready, then set aside any crop needed for a request, cooking, or a collection.
Ship or store the remaining harvest; use a Seed Maker only if you have unlocked the appropriate machine and want to replenish seeds.
Farming tips
Plant a small trial area when testing a crop’s timing, rather than filling the whole field with an unverified choice.
Keep a crop specimen before turning harvest into seeds or shipping it.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat each Spring with seeds bought from the Farming Store; the crop cycle ends with the season unless the crop is listed as growing across seasons.
Common mistakes
Planting a seasonal seed outside its permitted season can cause it to fail; check the seed’s season before planting.
Buying more seeds than can mature before the season changes ties up money and field space; compare growth time with the remaining season.
Shipping every harvest can leave nothing for a request or collection; reserve those items first.
When to stop or switch
Stop planting a crop when its remaining growth window no longer fits the season, or when you have the quantity needed for your current request or collection.
