WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Atlantum Ore

Original-map Atlantum veins, including Strata 5 at X138/Y122 and multiple later-strata sites.

Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Choose a listed Atlantum vein in a stratum you can reach; the original-map index includes Strata 5 at X138/Y122 and sites in later strata.
  2. Travel to the marked area and verify the green deposit and its Genode shell before hauling in factory equipment.
  3. Bring Mining Charges and use their in-game instructions at the shell. Confirm the shell’s response before planning further extraction; the index reports ore drops from charge use but does not establish that every shell can be cleared this way.
  4. Collect any Atlantum Ore made available by the charge interaction and keep it separate from other ores.
  5. If the vein becomes accessible, place a Mining Drill MKII or Blast Drill on it, following the machine’s placement and input requirements.
  6. Supply the drill and move its output to a dedicated container or smelter using logistics available at that point in your campaign.
  7. Check the receiving recipe or task and route the ore or processed Atlantum to that specific use.

Repeat, collect and use

Continue at an accessible vein while it has ore. Veins are finite; when one is exhausted, move to another listed site. Shell interaction is a site-access step, and its result should be confirmed in game.

Common mistakes

  • Planning a full mine on the assumption that charges are guaranteed to break the shell: test the interaction and confirm access first.
  • Bringing only a regular Mining Drill: use Mining Drill MKII or Blast Drill for automated Atlantum extraction.
  • Assuming a fixed ore yield or respawning deposit: the index gives locations and methods, not quantities or replenishment.

When to stop or switch

Stop when the accessible vein is depleted or your Atlantum stock covers the current recipe or task; use another listed vein if you still need supply.
