Before you go
- A fishing pole and bait.
- A valid pool of the appropriate liquid in the target location.
- Inventory room for fish and crates.
Farming steps
- Choose the biome and liquid that match the crate or resource you want.
- Find an accessible pool and check for nearby hazards.
- Equip a pole and bait, then cast into the pool.
- Watch the bobber and reel when it signals a catch.
- Continue fishing while tracking bait and inventory space.
- Use a Crate Potion if available and useful for the session.
- Return to base, open crates and sort ore, bars and biome materials.
- Fish in the target biome; a convenient pool elsewhere will not provide identical biome rewards.
- Bring spare bait and leave room for catches.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat while you have bait and access to a valid pool. Crate contents vary; no specific ore is guaranteed.
Common mistakes
- Fishing in the wrong biome; move to the matching area before spending bait.
- Using an invalid or unsuitable pool; choose a sufficiently large body of the right liquid.
- Expecting a specific ore from each crate; use the contents you receive.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the materials cover your planned craft or bait runs low. Switch to mining or another useful fishing location as needed.
