Produce multiple vegetables with a T2 Outdoor Farm
An outdoor farm platform at your Prime base, after Outdoor Farm progression unlocks and outdoor placement is available.
Before you go
- Unlock the T2 Outdoor Farm through the relevant progression.
- Gather 2 Bee Larvae, 1 Bioplastic Nugget, 1 Fertilizer, 1 Super Alloy, and 1 T3 Fertilizer.
- Have a vegetable seed to plant.
- Provide required power and a place outdoors where construction is permitted.
Farming steps
- Progress until the T2 Outdoor Farm is available in the build menu.
- Collect the listed recipe materials and confirm the in-game recipe before construction.
- Choose an outdoor site at your base and build the T2 farm.
- Insert a vegetable seed into the farm.
- Allow it to grow, then inspect the inventory for the multiple-vegetable output.
- Collect the vegetables and store or use them before beginning another cycle.
- This farm uses a vegetable seed; do not substitute a food seed intended for an indoor Food Grower.
- Start with one farm and observe its inventory handling before building a surplus of them.
Repeat, collect and use
Plant another vegetable seed after collecting the crop output. The farm provides a repeatable cycle while supplied; the seed supply limits how many farms you can start.
Common mistakes
- Missing T3 Fertilizer from the build ingredients: gather every listed component before traveling to the build site.
- Planting the wrong seed category: use a vegetable seed.
- Building more farms than storage can handle: scale after checking how the first farm fills.
When to stop or switch
Continue while vegetables are useful and you can collect or store the output; pause expansion if seed or storage capacity is the constraint.
