WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Carbonium

Visible Carbonium deposit in the buildable area of a campaign or survival map.

Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Explore the buildable area until a Carbonium deposit is revealed.
  2. Inspect the node to confirm its resource and valid mine placement.
  3. Place a Carbonium mine so it covers the deposit.
  4. Connect the mine to local power and storage.
  5. Check the mine interface to confirm it is active and producing Carbonium.
  6. Track the stockpile as construction consumes the output.
  7. When the patch is depleted or insufficient, survey another deposit or plan a remote resource outpost.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat the setup on each available deposit. Each patch is finite, so move to another source when it is exhausted.

Common mistakes

  • Placing the mine near a deposit without covering it: use the placement indicator to verify valid coverage.
  • Assuming a powered mine guarantees useful output: inspect its status and stockpile after connecting it.
  • Expanding production before checking demand: add a source or reduce consumption if storage keeps falling.

When to stop or switch

Stop relying on this patch when its deposit is depleted or its output no longer covers your needs; switch to another Carbonium source.
