Before you go

Access to the co-op dungeon interface and the selected dungeon’s entry requirements.
A specific equipment, trait, inheritance, Rune, or crafting target.
A party capable of completing the chosen dungeon.
Current reward preview confirmation for the desired item or material.

Open the co-op dungeon menu and name the item or material you need.
Inspect each relevant dungeon’s current reward preview.
Select the dungeon whose active table best matches the target.
Check entry requirements and form a party suited to its mechanics.
Complete the dungeon and claim its reward through the activity result.
Compare the result with your inventory and progression plan.
Repeat the same dungeon if its current table still offers useful rewards, or recheck other previews if your need changes.
Use the collected equipment or stones through the applicable gear growth interface.

Reward tables can change, so verify the live preview every time you return after a major update.
Choose a dungeon by the specific reward you need rather than repeating the easiest clear by habit.

Repeat while the dungeon remains available and its current reward table serves your goal; each clear can yield different results.

Assuming a dungeon guarantees its featured reward: check each result and plan for multiple clears.
