Farm Iznu for Eldritch Bow
Iznu’s quest encounter in the Fayum region of Egypt, Act II.
Before you go
- Reach Act II and gain access to Fayum.
- Bring enough damage and defense to defeat Iznu and any guards safely.
- Identify the Eldritch Bow base you want and leave inventory space.
Farming steps
- Travel through Fayum to Iznu’s encounter using the campaign path you have opened.
- Clear nearby dune raiders that block a safe approach, then engage the named enemy.
- Defeat Iznu and inspect green equipment separately from ordinary loot.
- Check whether any bow matches the Eldritch Bow base and whether its affixes help your build.
- Sell or stash unwanted loot so the next clear has room.
- Reset the area or campaign session and return to Iznu for another attempt.
- Use the exact item base in your target check; a generic green bow is not necessarily the Eldritch Bow.
- If the approach already includes useful dune raiders, clear them, but keep Iznu as the reason for the run.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable by resetting the area or session while the encounter remains available. Drops and affixes vary, and a bow is not assured on any clear.
Common mistakes
- Treating nearby raider drops as the named target reward: inspect the item base and farm Iznu’s encounter specifically.
- Stopping at the first green bow: compare its base and affixes with the target and your equipment.
- Ignoring route cost: if the Fayum approach takes longer than a better available gear farm, switch targets.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you obtain a useful Eldritch Bow, no longer need that level range, or another farming route gives better value for your character.
