Where to farm
Revenant Bounty targets in named zones across Washington, D.C. during Red Moon Unleashed.
Moon Cultist kills can yield a Revenant Bounty. Track its target, finish the bounty, then check the result: the key is fixed, while the Exotic Cache or featured weapon is chance-based. This is an event-limited route with six targets to complete for the commendation.

Defeat Moon Cultists to obtain a Revenant Bounty.
A build that can clear the bounty encounters at the selected difficulty.
Fight Moon Cultists while exploring D.C. until a Revenant Bounty becomes available.
Open the bounty details and note the named target, zone, and listed reward before launching.
Track the bounty and travel to its marked location in the named zone.
Clear the bounty’s marked encounters, using cover and controlling Lunatic enemies if they appear.
Defeat the named target and any remaining enemies to complete the bounty.
Collect the guaranteed Event Key and inspect the reward for either an Exotic Cache or the bounty’s featured Exotic weapon.
Repeat for different available targets; eliminating all six completes the event commendation and awards the Necromancer Arm Patch.
Farming tips
A 50% chance to receive a themed Arm Patch is also listed for bounty rewards; check the result rather than expecting one each time.
Bounty enemies do not count toward the Moon Cultist kill thresholds, even though completing the bounty grants a key.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat when another Revenant Bounty becomes available. The six-target commendation is a limited event collection objective, not an unlimited bounty reward.
Common mistakes
Assuming every bounty has the same featured Exotic; read its reward panel before choosing a target.
Counting bounty kills toward Cultist key thresholds; they are excluded from that counter.
Leaving the bounty before the final target is defeated; finish the marked chain to bank the completion reward.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the featured weapon or cache results meet your goal, or complete all six targets if you want the commendation; finish before the event ends.
