Challenge selection at the Fazeer’s Dun’djinn structure in your fort.
Before you go
- Complete the campaign and unlock Fazeer’s Dun’djinn.
- Have a lower challenge level you can complete reliably.
- Review challenge cards and understand the effects that matter to your build.
Farming steps
- Enter Fazeer and choose a challenge level that you can currently clear.
- Complete its objectives and boss encounter, collecting useful drops along the way.
- Inspect the next challenge’s cards for changes to enemies, location, and modifiers.
- Raise the level only if the new conditions remain manageable for your defenses and damage.
- Complete the harder run and compare its loot and time against the previous level.
- Return to a lower challenge if the increased pressure causes unreliable clears.
- A steady clear produces more opportunities than a level where you frequently fail or restart.
- Check for mechanics that disable a key skill or add hazards before deciding that a higher level is appropriate.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable challenge progression; available modifiers vary, and higher difficulty does not guarantee a specific item.
Common mistakes
- Increasing difficulty by default: assess the card set and your actual clear consistency first.
- Treating harder enemies as a named-drop guarantee: loot remains random.
- Ignoring failure cost: return to a lower challenge if the added risk outweighs the run’s rewards.
When to stop or switch
Stop pushing upward when a level no longer clears consistently; farm the highest level that remains comfortable, or switch to Mapworks for boss replay runs.
