WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Farm high-tier materials on profitable maps

Netherrealm map device and Void Chart, using available material-focused investment such as the Commodities branches associated with Flame Sand and Embers.

Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Pick a map tier where ordinary encounters and the regional boss do not regularly stop your run.
  2. Open the Void Chart and invest toward the available material-oriented path that supports your target supplies.
  3. Use the map device to run eligible maps at that tier and complete the selected encounters rather than abandoning them for harder content.
  4. Collect Flame Sand, Embers, and other materials relevant to your planned craft; use a loot filter to make the target drops easier to identify.
  5. After each run, sort the materials into a reserve for the next upgrade and surplus you may sell or exchange.
  6. Repeat several maps with the same chart focus so you can judge the route by completed clears and useful materials collected.
  7. If the investment no longer serves your current bottleneck, reallocate future chart choices toward a different supported reward path.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeatable while you have map access and can continue running the selected content. Material drops vary, and the chart focus steers rewards rather than guaranteeing a particular item.

Common mistakes

  • Spreading chart points across every mechanic: concentrate on the material goal for several maps, then reassess.
  • Selling supplies earmarked for a craft: reserve the amount needed for the next upgrade before listing surplus.
  • Raising difficulty solely for presumed better returns: step back if deaths, slow bosses, or failed clears interrupt the loop.

When to stop or switch

Stop this material focus when you have the supplies for the intended craft or when another build bottleneck matters more; change the chart direction or return to the easier sustainable tier.
