Delves whose biome is The Depths; check vault appearances on every third floor.
Before you go
- Delve access and a build capable of completing floors in The Depths.
- The corresponding Runic Depths Vault key.
- Inventory room for vault contents.
- Enough time to complete the floor objective and reach its vault.
Farming steps
- Enter a Delve and confirm the active biome is The Depths.
- Complete the floor objectives and defeat bosses to progress toward the next floor.
- On every third floor, inspect the vault area for a Runic Depths Vault.
- Read the vault name before opening it so you distinguish it from a Shadowy Soul Vault.
- Use the corresponding Runic Depths key on the special vault.
- Collect the contents and note which rewards support your current goal.
- Continue through later floors if you still want another eligible vault appearance.
- Use or bank the reward, then repeat with the matching key on another appearance.
- Carry the matching key before committing to a run aimed at this vault.
- The third-floor pattern indicates where it can generate, not that it must appear every time.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable when The Depths floor pattern produces the vault and you have its key; the appearance is not guaranteed on every qualifying floor.
Common mistakes
- Bringing only a Shadowkey: the Runic Depths Vault requires its corresponding key.
- Assuming every third floor guarantees a vault: inspect the floor and treat it as a possible generation.
- Opening the wrong vault: check the displayed name before consuming a key.
When to stop or switch
Stop when you have the required biome reward or run out of matching keys; switch to general Delve progression if the vault does not appear.
