- Watch for the in-game warning and calendar timing.
- Have a clear stat priority based on the trainee’s upcoming races.
Farming steps
- Check the Career calendar and note the warning that summer vacation is approaching.
- In the turns before it begins, avoid unnecessary optional races and consider whether recovery is needed.
- When vacation starts, review the trainee’s energy and the available training commands.
- Choose the training that best supports the trainee’s next goal and stat gaps.
- Use the remaining vacation turns for other useful trainings, accounting for energy after each action.
- Avoid spending multiple vacation turns recovering if a safer productive command is available.
- After vacation ends, return to the normal race calendar and prepare for the next mandatory objective.
- Prepare energy before the window because recovery during vacation can consume one of its limited training turns.
- Use the temporary training boost on stats relevant to the trainee’s distance rather than following one fixed stat order.
Repeat, collect and use
The vacation window recurs in applicable Career years and scenarios, but only for its limited turns within a run. It is not a repeatable external reward farm.
Common mistakes
- Entering vacation with very low energy can force recovery during the short window; plan ahead when the warning appears.
- Training a stat without regard to upcoming goals can waste the boosted opportunity; review the race calendar.
- Assuming every scenario uses the same schedule can cause mistimed preparation; follow the current in-game calendar.
When to stop or switch
Stop treating vacation as a special window after its four turns end; resume ordinary Career planning and prioritize the next required race.
