Guarantee the Constellation event
Season 12 Chaos Dungeon setup and the integrated Traces of Time event.
Before you go
- Chaos Dungeon access.
- Memory Rune (Time) available for the event option.
- Enough Chaos Points for the cost shown in the current interface.
- A defined Zodiac goal that makes spending those resources worthwhile.
Farming steps
- Identify the Zodiac Stone or engraving progress you are currently targeting before opening dungeon setup.
- Check your Memory Rune (Time) and Chaos Point balance, then compare the displayed cost with the resources you want to reserve.
- Choose a Chaos Dungeon map and inspect its event setup options.
- Select the Memory Rune (Time) guarantee only if the interface presents it and the displayed cost fits your plan.
- Confirm the selected setup, enter the dungeon, and progress until the Traces of Time event begins.
- Follow the event prompts, defeat its monsters, and collect the Zodiac Stones and Emotions.
- Finish the dungeon or leave after securing the event drops, then review your remaining resources before planning another guaranteed run.
- Treat the event guarantee as a per-run resource decision; do not assume it remains active for later dungeons.
- If the guarantee option is absent, check the rune, point balance, and current setup requirements before committing to entry.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeatable when you have Memory Rune (Time), sufficient Chaos Points, and the interface offers the guarantee. Each guaranteed event consumes resources; random event appearances can still occur without selecting it.
Common mistakes
- Entering before checking setup: confirm the guaranteed option is selected in the current dungeon interface.
- Assuming the guarantee produces a chosen reward: it ensures event access, while the event's drops are not specified as fixed.
- Spending points without a current Zodiac target: save them when the event does not support a near-term progression need.
When to stop or switch
Stop guaranteeing events when the targeted Zodiac milestone is complete, the displayed cost no longer fits your resource budget, or another progression goal deserves those Chaos Points.
