WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Prepare for Silverlight
Silverlight Hills, especially the Sacred Silver Mine in the northwest.
Before you go
- Progress far enough to travel safely in Silverlight Hills.
- Bring an Iron Mace or better if mining Silver Ore.
- Equip or carry applicable Silver Resistance protection.
- Plan a return route and leave capacity to carry ore without overcommitting.
Farming steps
- Prepare the strongest suitable Silver Resistance option available to your character before leaving.
- Travel to the Sacred Silver Mine and identify a manageable set of veins.
- Clear nearby threats and mine with the required weapon tier.
- Monitor Silver Sickness while carrying ore and avoid extending the trip once the hazard is rising.
- Return to shelter using a route you can complete safely with the current load.
- Unload ore at the castle and review whether your protection remains suitable for another run.
- Repeat only after restocking and adjusting your plan to the amount of silver still needed.
- Different resistance options do not necessarily stack; choose the applicable protection instead of assuming multiple items combine.
- A smaller haul that reaches the castle is more useful than an oversized load that leaves you vulnerable in the field.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat short trips as needed for silver. Resistance preparation is reusable, but each mining run still requires managing the carrying hazard.
Common mistakes
- Treating resistance as immunity: monitor sickness and return before it becomes dangerous.
- Trying to mine below the required weapon tier: bring an Iron Mace or better.
- Expecting a cloak, brew, and potion to stack: use the strongest applicable protection for your setup.
When to stop or switch
Stop mining and head to shelter as soon as the carrying hazard or nearby threats make the return unsafe; resume after preparing again.
