Before you go

Farming steps

  1. Explore Dunley until Haunted Iron Mine is fully revealed and available as a destination.
  2. At the castle, interact with the Throne to open the hunt map.
  3. Select Haunted Iron Mine and review the difficulty and rewards shown for the location.
  4. Choose a servant whose gear and relevant perks make the mission suitable; use the interface to set duration and party strength.
  5. Dispatch the hunt and continue other castle or exploration work while it runs.
  6. When it returns, collect the loot from the servant’s inventory or coffin as available in your setup.
  7. Use returned Iron Ore in your Furnace and apply the processed material to recipes you have unlocked.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat whenever the destination is available and you can spare the servant. This is a recurring delayed activity, not a fixed guaranteed iron payment.

Common mistakes

  • Trying to send a hunt before discovering the location: reveal the mine first.
  • Expecting a set quantity: servant stats, destination, duration, and success influence returns.
  • Ignoring a risky hunt setup: compare the Throne’s displayed difficulty with the servant’s gear and perks.

When to stop or switch

Stop assigning this hunt once your iron stock covers the next crafting goal or a different location’s materials become more useful.
