Build a Servant Coffin and Castle Throne and convert a servant.
Equip the servant and review its traits against the mission’s displayed difficulty.
Allow for the real-world duration selected in the hunt interface.

Explore Dunley until the Quartz Quarry is fully uncovered.
At your castle, sit at or interact with the Castle Throne to open the destination map.
Select the Quarry and inspect its displayed mission information.
Choose an equipped servant whose capability and relevant perks suit the destination.
Set duration and party strength through the Throne interface, balancing a faster return against failure risk.
Dispatch the hunt and continue with other work while it is underway.
After the return, claim the servant’s loot, store Quartz, and use it for Glass or recipes you have unlocked.

Servant origin can matter: a regional loot perk may improve results in the matching territory.
Quartz Quarry can also be mined directly; combine the methods when you need stock sooner than a hunt can return.

Repeat the mission when useful and when a servant is available. Loot varies; do not treat each return as a fixed Quartz delivery.
