Where to farm
False Confession raid battle.
False Confession is the matching raid for Spinos’ Essence and several Uaithne crafting or advancement materials. Run it when your equipment plan calls for those items, rather than treating every drop as a general upgrade. Core Boost applies to certain listed chance-based sources, while weekly mission progress and seal exchanges provide other ways to move toward the goal. Keep a count of both drops and mission progress so a dry run still has a clear purpose.
Access to the raid battle and its current entry conditions.
A Uaithne crafting or advancement target that needs Spinos-related materials.
Core Boost if pursuing an item whose listed chance uses it.
Open the target equipment plan and note whether it needs Spinos’ Essence, a crystal, stone, or fragment.
Select False Confession and review the entry conditions and available Core Boost option.
Activate Core Boost for applicable chance-based items.
Complete the raid and inspect the reward inventory for Spinos’ Essence and Uaithne materials.
Check Manage Rewards to see whether the clear counted toward the weekly seven-run mission.
Collect Uaithne Seals through eligible missions and compare Seal Shop options with anything still missing.
Use obtained materials in the corresponding craft or advancement once the full requirement is satisfied.
Farming tips
The essence’s named battle is False Confession; Glutton’s Banquet is the Gorbas source.
Fragments can have different Core Boost requirements from essences, so check the material-specific acquisition condition.
