Before you craft
- Unlock Ukko and prepare for its enemies.
- Capture the marked target.
- Complete extraction and inspect the mission's relic reward.
- Repeat until Neo C10 is awarded, or choose another supported source from the relic reference.
Crafting tips
- The desired relic is random within the mission's eligible pool.

Open the relic and build the component
An active Neo or Omnia Void Fissure, then the Orbiter Foundry
- Own Neo C10; unlock the active fissure node.
- Consider Radiant refinement with Void Traces to increase the chance of this uncommon blueprint.
- Equip the relic, collect ten Reactant from corrupted enemies and complete the mission.
- Select Styanax Prime Systems Blueprint if it appears. Build the component in the Foundry, then keep it for the main Warframe assembly.
- Blueprint acquisition and component crafting are separate steps.
- Opening consumes the relic.
