The Ostron boil these into a jelly which forms a strong adhesive when it dries. Source: Cut from Tralok fish via Fisher Hai-Luk in Cetus (Earth). Catch Tralok in the Plains of Eidolon ocean during the Day. Also drops from Thumpers in the Plains of Eidolon.
