In each mission, explore side areas when the game signals a nearby fragment; complete the mission objective as well.
Collect each fragment you find and check the map or interface to confirm progress.
Before Supreme, review the final cache information revealed by your fragments.
Compare identified cache contents with the reward you want and reserve keys for those chests.
Complete Supreme and use the information to select eligible locked chests.

The game can signal proximity to a fragment, so search side areas when that cue appears.
Collect fragments early enough to inform key choices; do not confuse them with the keys themselves.

Repeat on every Crusade where cache choice matters. Fragment locations are tied to the map, and a full collection may require optional exploration.
