WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Serial Hunt special quests available through the quest listings in Minato.
Serial Hunts are sequences of consecutive Kemono encounters, with no normal camp rest between fights. Prepare before starting: choose the sequence for the targets or rewards you need, set your weapon and healing, and enter ready to continue from one fight to the next. Finish the sequence and claim its completion reward. These hunts are useful when their listed targets align with a material goal, but the reward is tied to the activity and should not be treated as a guaranteed substitute for a specific Volatile Orb route.
Choose a listed sequence that includes targets relevant to your goal.
Prepare your weapon and healing before beginning.
Open the quest listings and select a Serial Hunt.
Read the sequence and its completion reward before accepting.
Equip your intended weapon and prepare healing and useful Karakuri.
Begin the first encounter and defeat its Kemono.
Continue to the next encounter without relying on a normal camp rest between fights.
Complete the sequence’s remaining encounters.
Claim the completion reward and check the materials received.
Farming tips
Choose a sequence based on the targets and reward actually displayed.
Prepare before the first fight; the consecutive format makes mid-sequence recovery planning important.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat a Serial Hunt when the activity is available and its completion reward or target sequence remains useful. Rewards are limited to the selected activity’s completion, not an unlimited guaranteed named drop.
Common mistakes
Starting before checking the sequence: read the targets and reward first.
Expecting a normal rest between encounters: prepare healing and equipment before departure.
Leaving without claiming or checking the completion reward: collect it and confirm the inventory.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the sequence no longer serves your material or completion goal, or when your supplies and health make continuing impractical.
