Before you go
- Unlock Combat Simulation in HIA Club VR Training.
- Have a W-Engine whose next modification requires materials.
- Check the required item on that W-Engine’s upgrade screen.
Farming steps
- Open the target W-Engine’s modification screen and note the required material.
- Go to HIA Club VR Training and select Combat Simulation.
- Choose the Modify W-Engine stage category.
- Compare stage reward previews and select the one listing the needed item.
- Clear the stage and claim the materials.
- Return to the W-Engine screen and check whether the intended modification is now affordable.
- Repeat the matching stage only if the next planned upgrade still needs that material.
- Apply the materials to modify the engine when the requirement is met.
- Use the W-Engine screen as the source of the exact item name; do not infer it from the engine’s rarity or name.
- Combat Simulation has distinct categories for Agent Promotion and Agent Skill, so confirm Modify W-Engine before entering.
Repeat, collect and use
The stage can be repeated with Battery Charge as needed. Its purpose is to fund planned W-Engine modifications, not to collect an unlimited stock without a target.
Common mistakes
- Selecting Agent material stages for an engine upgrade; use Modify W-Engine.
- Choosing by stage label alone without checking the listed item; match the reward preview.
- Continuing after the desired modification is funded; reassess whether the engine remains a priority.
When to stop or switch
Stop once the intended W-Engine modification is funded, then redirect Battery Charge to the next needed agent, skill, or disc upgrade.
