WHERE & HOW TO FARM

Where to farm

A Dew Collector and Campfire with Cooking Pot at a player base.

This base loop uses the Dew Collector's normal Murky Water output, a Cooking Pot, and a Campfire. Keep jars moving through collection, purification, and refill: collect full murky jars, boil the contents, then return empty jars to the collector. Plan enough clean-water storage to cover time away from the base.

GET STARTED

How to farm

Before you go

  • A Dew Collector supplied with Empty Water Jars.
  • A Cooking Pot and Campfire for boiling.
  • Storage space for clean Water and empty jars.
  1. Load Empty Water Jars into the Dew Collector and let it collect.
  2. Collect jars that contain Murky Water from the collector inventory.
  3. Move the Murky Water to a Cooking Pot over a Campfire and boil it to purify.
  4. Store the resulting clean Water for drinking and base use.
  5. Return the emptied jars to the Dew Collector so they can collect again.
  6. Check the collector after returning from trips and repeat collection and boiling as needed.
  7. Keep enough clean water on hand to bridge the interval before the next batch.

Farming tips

  • Separate clean water and empty jars in storage so you can reload quickly.
  • If using a Water Filter, verify output first; filtered collection may change which processing steps you need.

Repeat, collect and use

Repeat as long as the collector is operating, jars are available, and you can run the Campfire cooking step; this is a reusable processing loop.

Common mistakes

  • Leaving jars empty at base instead of reloading the collector: return them to continue collection.
  • Drinking before purification: boil Murky Water in a Cooking Pot first.
  • Using the Campfire without a Cooking Pot: prepare the required cookware before beginning a batch.

When to stop or switch

Stop boiling once your clean-water reserve meets near-term needs, then leave loaded jars collecting for the next return.
