Where to farm

Empty Paladin in /TempleofDoom.

Empty Paladin’s Temple rewards include a permanent Emptiness house item and limited pet and mace drops. The pet and mace were announced with an October 1 end date, so that window has passed by the current October 2026 scope; do not assume they remain obtainable. Check the live drop list for each target before farming. If a timed reward is no longer active, Temple quests still provide separate progression materials.

How to farm

Before you go

  • Reach /TempleofDoom through Last Sunset progression.
  • Check the current drop list for the exact reward you want.
  • Be prepared for the Empty Paladin encounter.
  1. Join /TempleofDoom and locate Empty Paladin.
  2. Open its current drop list and identify whether your target is still available.
  3. Treat the pet and mace as expired unless the live list shows otherwise; their announced window ended October 1.
  4. If pursuing the permanent house item, confirm it remains in the live list before fighting.
  5. Defeat Empty Paladin and check the result against your target.
  6. For a lasting gear goal after limited drops end, return to the Temple quests and their named materials.

Farming tips

  • Separate permanent and time-limited items in your collection plan.
  • Use the live in-game drop list to resolve whether an older reward remains available.

Repeat, collect and use

Boss fights may be repeated while a reward is available. The pet and mace were limited through October 1, 2026; they are not an evergreen farm.

Common mistakes

  • Treating the expired pet or mace as a permanent drop; confirm availability before farming.
  • Assuming every reward has the same end date; check each item independently.
  • Continuing after a target is unavailable; switch to a currently active Temple quest or craft.

When to stop or switch

Stop when the target is collected or confirmed unavailable. Switch to a Temple material quest if you still want Last Sunset progression rewards.
