Where to farm
Bryn’s quests in /TempleofDoom.
Bryn’s quests in Temple of Doom provide four named materials used for the Ornate and Doomed ShadowScythe sets: Empty Vessels, Leech’s Suckers, Tainted Armor Scraps, and Doom Lilies. Accept the relevant quest before doing its objective. Then use the set requirements to choose the next quest, so each turn-in moves a specific craft forward.
Advance the Last Sunset story enough to reach /TempleofDoom.
Be able to speak with Bryn and accept the material quests.
Use a combat setup for the Temple’s listed enemies.
Join /TempleofDoom and speak with Bryn.
Review the ShadowScythe recipes and select a set piece to pursue.
Choose Bryn’s quest for the material required by that piece.
Read the quest objective and note its named enemies or map task.
Complete the objective and collect the quest items.
Return to Bryn and turn in the quest.
Check your material counts and repeat the matching quest for the next missing input.
Farming tips
Keep a separate count for each of the four materials; one does not substitute for another.
Check the reward recipe before accepting a quest so the turn-in advances a planned craft.
Repeat, collect and use
Repeat the relevant material quest while it remains available. The sets are collected through their stated crafting requirements, not by repeating one quest indefinitely.
Common mistakes
Fighting before accepting the matching quest; take it from Bryn first.
Assuming every Temple enemy counts for every objective; follow the selected quest’s targets.
Collecting materials without checking which piece needs them; compare against the set recipe.
When to stop or switch
Stop when the inputs for your selected piece are ready, then turn in and craft it. Choose another Bryn quest for any remaining material goal.
