During Critical Phase Transition, eligible Episode 17 operations can provide Factory scrip for the Unlicensed Clinic exchange. Use the event interface to find a stage that currently shows the currency, then loop clears until your chosen purchase is affordable. This guide targets scrip only; it does not promise specific sugar or Oriron drops.

A desired item listed in the Unlicensed Clinic.
Open the Episode 17 event page and review the current scrip rules.
Inspect available operation reward previews and identify one that displays Factory scrip.
Select that operation and check its clear condition and enemies.
Clear the stage, then claim its result screen rewards.
Confirm the event currency was added to your balance.
Compare your balance with the price and stock shown in Unlicensed Clinic.
Return to an eligible operation if you still need scrip, then claim the item when ready.
