Collect a fixed early chest containing both Tiny Pieces of Gold and Stone Spirits before moving into the Lingxuzi encounter.

The small chest at Guanyin Temple is an easy-to-miss one time pickup with two useful outputs: Tiny Pieces of Gold can be sold for Will, and Stone Spirits are crafting materials. It is a detour within normal Chapter 1 progression, not an enemy farm. Search before the Lingxuzi fight, collect both items, then use the Will or materials where your current needs point.

The chest is a one time collectible and does not reset when resting. This route is complete once both contents are collected.
Stop once the chest is opened and both items are in your inventory; resume the main route or spend the currency and materials as needed.
