Where to farm
Fright Cliff, Chapter 2, near Stone Vanguard arena.
Rockrest Flat is a Keeper’s Shrine in Fright Cliff near the Stone Vanguard arena. Activating it gives a checkpoint and fast travel access, and makes nearby ordinary enemy loops convenient to reset. Reach it before entering optional detours or relying on the area for Will and experience. Its position can be approached through the Tiger Acolyte bridge route or the connecting Fright Cliff path.

How to farm
Before you go
Advance to Chapter 2 and enter Fright Cliff.
Reach the route connecting from Squall Hideout or the Tiger Acolyte bridge.
Be prepared for nearby ordinary enemies on the approach.
From Squall Hideout, follow the connecting path into Fright Cliff toward the Stone Vanguard area.
Alternatively, cross the Tiger Acolyte bridge and continue into the cliff region.
Stay on the main approach toward the Stone Vanguard arena and look for the Rockrest Flat Shrine.
Interact with the Keeper’s Shrine to activate the checkpoint.
Use the Shrine’s travel menu to verify it is available for return trips.
Rest here before exploring nearby paths so ordinary enemies reset and your health is restored.
Use Rockrest Flat as the starting point for its nearby enemy circuit when it suits your needs.
Farming tips
Activate this checkpoint before a risky detour so a failed attempt does not require a long return.
The Shrine supports fast travel and enemy resets; it does not reset fixed chests or one time rewards.
Repeat, collect and use
Activating the checkpoint is a one time progression action. Resting there remains useful for recovery and nearby ordinary enemy resets.
Common mistakes
Walking past the Shrine toward the arena without activating it; interact on first arrival.
Assuming the route from one side is mandatory; the Tiger Acolyte bridge is an alternate approach.
Expecting Shrine rest to renew every collectible; fixed rewards remain collected.
When to stop or switch
Once Rockrest Flat is activated, continue the chapter route or use it as a return point for nearby farming only while needed.
