Activity Reports provide the EXP used to level students. Farm Base Defense when student levels are holding back a planned team or progression goal.

WHERE & HOW TO FARM
Where to farm
Commissions > Base Defense. Check the stage preview for Activity Reports and review its clear conditions.
Base Defense spends AP and awards Activity Reports. Select a stage whose reward preview lists reports, then clear a difficulty your squad can complete and satisfy its displayed sweep conditions. Sweeps collect the reports without replaying the battle manually. Use the reports from student development to raise levels where they will help your next goal. Choose Item Retrieval instead when Credits are the resource you need.
Have AP available and a squad able to clear a Base Defense stage.
For sweeping, first clear the stage and meet its displayed eligibility requirements.
Open Commissions and select Base Defense.
Review stage previews and confirm Activity Reports are listed.
Attempt the highest difficulty your squad can clear reliably.
If you cannot clear it or meet its conditions, choose a lower difficulty you can complete.
Satisfy the displayed conditions to make the selected stage sweep-eligible.
Sweep that stage while student EXP is a priority.
Open student development and use the collected reports on students you plan to field.
Farming tips
Prioritize levels for students tied to your next activity; reports are spent when you apply them.
Commission reward campaigns rotate, so check current in-game notices before planning AP use.
Repeat, collect and use
This is a repeatable AP farm, not a one-time reward. Sweep an eligible stage as needed, then use the reports in student development. Stop when your leveling plan is covered or another resource becomes more urgent.
Common mistakes
Choosing Item Retrieval for reports: Base Defense awards Activity Reports; Item Retrieval awards Credits.
Picking a difficulty without checking its preview or conditions: confirm both before spending AP.
Using reports without a roster goal: assign EXP to students you expect to use.
When to stop or switch
Stop when your priority students have the levels needed for your next goal, or switch to Item Retrieval if Credits are now the bottleneck.
