WHERE & HOW TO FARM Where to farm The Dust, at the church encounter reached during The Good, The Bad, and the Mordecai.
Gettle is the dedicated Lyuda source encountered during The Good, The Bad, and the Mordecai in The Dust. Mobley appears at the same church encounter but is a separate target for the Veruc, so focus your loot check on Gettle for the sniper rifle. Save-quit and replay the encounter when you want another roll.
Before you go Reach The Dust and accept The Good, The Bad, and the Mordecai. Progress the mission to the church encounter with Gettle and Mobley. Bring a loadout for the mission enemies and enough inventory space. Accept or resume The Good, The Bad, and the Mordecai in The Dust. Follow the mission path to the church where Gettle and Mobley appear. Defeat Gettle and inspect his drops for the Lyuda. Check Mobley’s drops separately if you also want the Veruc; it is a different target. Collect and compare any Lyuda with your current sniper rifle. If you want another chance, save and quit, reload the character, and replay the mission or area to reach the encounter again. Farming tips Keep the two enemies’ targets straight: Gettle is associated with the Lyuda, Mobley with the Veruc. Judge the rifle by its level and performance for your character, not by name alone. Repeat, collect and use Repeat by resetting and replaying the mission or area to reach the encounter again. A Lyuda is not guaranteed on each Gettle kill.
Common mistakes Attributing the Veruc to Gettle or the Lyuda to Mobley; check the correct enemy’s drops. Expecting the sniper to drop every time; reset and repeat if you need another chance. Arriving without the mission path ready; progress the relevant mission to expose the church encounter. When to stop or switch Stop when a Lyuda meets your current sniper needs, or switch to another progression goal if the weapon has fallen behind your level.
